BLUE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

 

These are issued for those that are exempt from obtaining permission to work (as detailed on the introduction page) as well as those that are classed as highly skilled.

 

To qualify as highly skilled you must either:

 

1. Score sufficient points under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme. The English Language Requirement will be waived but all other requirements for this scheme must be met.
2. Meet the criteria for the International Graduates Scheme.

 

ETCi can process these applications on your behalf. However, they are subject to the same fees as the HSMP or IGS for non-EEA applicants as there is a considerable amount of administration involved. Please check our fees page for further details.

 

Bulgarians and Romanians are, however, exempt from the Home Office fees.

 

Blue Registration Certificates issued on any other basis will be subject only to a small administrative fee.
